flexible modular design
Due to their modular design, all Collamat ECO Series label applicators can be fitted with a range of different print options to allow print-and-apply operation. Whether you want to print the entire label or just overprint a batch code and expiry date, Martek can offer a choice of print options.
Valentin and SATO print engines can print entire labels in thermal transfer or direct thermal mode at 200, 300 or 600dpi resolution. Using Martek's inline accumulator, labels can be printed at a lower speed than the application speed to optimise print quality on high-speed production lines. Valentin thermal transfer coders and our EBS, UBS and REINER inkjet printers can also be fitted to overprint small areas of variable data onto labels.
Printers can be retro-fitted should your requirements change.
