For many applications, a standard inline labeller cannot be used to achieve the required results. For these applications, Martek offers custom-designed inline labellers using applicators from the Collamat range.
To suit different environments and budgets a range of frame materials and conveyor types is availabele including powder-coated steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Non-stop labellers ensure continuous operation using two applicators in master-slave mode. When the master system runs out of labels, ribbons or detects a fault, the slave system automatically takes over. For extremely high throughput requirements, tandem labellers use two applicators to label alternate products.
