Features and Options

Smart-Jet® MAX uses a print cartridge with a continuous, seamless 1" (25mm) print height. Unlike stitched printheads where 2 cartridges are used to generate 1" print, the Smart-Jet® MAX prints without a gap or overlap.

Smart-Jet® BLUE and MAX systems include a Bluetooth interface which can be used with the Bluetooth keyboard supplied with the printer for stand-alone printing including entry of variable data such as batch codes. Alternatively the Smart-Jet® app can be used to control the printer from an Android smart phone or tablet.

The colour TFT LCD screen on the Smart-Jet® BLUE and MAX printers automatically rotates depending on the orientation of the printer making it easy to monitor and control printing.

Smart-Jet® BLUE has a choice of black, water-based ink for porous surfaces and black, red, blue and white solvent-based inks for non-porous surfaces. UV-fluorescing security ink is also available. Smart-Jet® MAX uses black water or solvent-based ink. Bulk ink delivery is available for high-volume production.
