Valentin Thermal Transfer Coders

Comprehensive range of thermal transfer coders for printing directly onto flexible packaging, folded cartons, labels and other flat surfaces. The Valentin range includes intermittent and continuous coders to suit virtually any application.

The Flexiocde series offers an economical solution for overprinting small areas of information on low and medium volume production lines. It also makes an ideal solution when used with a behchtop stand for manual printing or when fitted to a Savema feeder for automatic offline coding.

The Dynacode-II range includes 53, 107 and 128mm wide coders with switchable intermittent or continuous print modes for use on high-speed production lines. The 7" touch-screen controller makes operating the Dynacode-II series quick and easy even for inexperienced operators.

For wash-down areas such as meat processing, pharmaceutical and medical production, the Dynacode-II IP series adds IP-65 protection to the Dynacode-II range.

The Direct Print Module (DPM) IV series has been designed for printing on multi-lane packaging machines using traversing printheads in 53, 107 and 128mm widths. Six traverse lengths from 140 to 630mm allows DPM IV systems to be installed on most thermoformers and other multi-lane packaging machines.
