Features and Options

The Ventus Pallet system uses an articulated arm to allow labelling of the side and front or back of stationary pallets. As standard, pallets need to be moved between applying labels to two sides but the optional linear slide can be used to move the Ventus Pallet applicator between applying labels allowing the pallet to remain in the same position.

SATO print engines

Ventus systems can use a wide range of thermal transfer and direct thermal print engines from all leading manufacturers. As standard, Martek equips Ventus Pallet systems with SATO S86ex print engines.

The S86ex range includes 200 and 300dpi resolution models with print speeds up to 14"/sec (356mm/sec).

All SATO print engines come with USB, Ethernet LAN, RS232C serial nad IEEE1284 parallel interfaces as standard. WiFi and Bluetooth interfaces are also availabel as options.
